I would like to write about semiya kesari
semiya -1cup
water-11/2cup
sugar-3/4 cup
roast semiya in ghee add water to it
once water is absorbed ,add the sugar check for 1 string consistency..stir in betwwen until it is dry and each semiya is seperated
